Telescopo is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Telescopo on your Mac devices.
App Store Version: Telescopo is provided as a one-time purchase with no subscriptions or recurring fees. All features are included with your purchase.
Setapp Version: If you access Telescopo via the Setapp service, your license is subject to your active Setapp subscription and Setapp's Terms of Use. Access to the application terminates if your Setapp subscription ends.

Your privacy is important to us. Telescopo processes documents locally on your device. Limited external processing (specifically for PlantUML diagrams) only occurs with your explicit permission and action. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may provide updates to Telescopo through the Mac App Store. Updates may modify or add features and are subject to these Terms.
Telescopo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Telescopo.
You may stop using Telescopo at any time by deleting the application. We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
